Monitors absenteeism, tardiness and accident frequency of all operating departments under his supervision and insures that appropriate action is taken when necessary. Conducts daily meetings to review operational goals and matters affecting the company. Coordinates with all other company departments to support company efforts. Advises, trains, and counsels subordinate group leaders. Maintains union-free environment. |
| Requirements: | College degree preferred and two years experience in supervisory role. Must demonstrate leadership ability, positive management orientation and the ability to be people sensitive and motivated to the company goals. Technical ability and training capability a must. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written to all levels of the organization.
Must be willing to work an "off shift". |
